G.M.E. products are dual-use and military goods. Their sale, transfer and export are strictly controlled.
Applicable regime
Our goods and the associated technology are subject to European and German export-control law, including Regulation (EU) 2021/821 (dual-use), the German Foreign Trade Act (AWG) and Foreign Trade Ordinance (AWV), and — where applicable — the EU Common Military List and national military-goods regulation.
Authorisation & eligible recipients
Deliveries are made only to verified governmental, defence and security end users and to authorised integrators. Transactions may require export or transfer authorisation and are subject to end-use and end-user verification, including end-user certificates and re-export restrictions.
ITAR-free
Our hardware contains no US export-controlled components in the critical RF or processing path (EAR99 declaration available). This reduces re-transfer constraints for European and partner-nation customers.
