ORBIS is a decentralised Layer-3 IP mesh network with distributed routing logic. Each node operates autonomously while maintaining dynamic peer discovery and self-healing path recalculation. No central control unit is required — the network self-organises and survives node attrition without operator intervention. Suitable for critical infrastructure, civil protection, emergency response and tactical field networks.
